Lomi gliding Discs for workout machines infringe, says lawsuit

In the lawsuit, Joseph P. Costa of CostaLaw wrote that defendant Southern Telecom “is using plaintiff’s Gliding mark to manufacture and brand their own near-identical product as Lomi Fitness ‘Gliding Discs,’ which they sell both online and in retail stores.”
