9th Circuit split ruling used to support gun owners’ privacy lawsuit

Michael B. Reynolds of Snell Wilmer LLP filed a memorandum in his San Diego federal court case, asking U.S. District Judge Larry A. Burns to take note of the 9th Circuit’s split vote on gun rights.
