I am concerned and disappointed about the article published in the Daily Journal on Tuesday, May 10, ‘June ballot raises old concerns about contested judicial elections.’
Your decision to publish an article about me based upon hearsay and without verification from me is unfair and just plain inaccurate. So that the record is clear, I have not made a final decision on if or when I will retire from the LASC.
