San Diego’s historic Whaley House will hear court cases again for one day

San Diego Superior Court is returning to the historic courthouse known as the Whaley House. It’s a place where some believe ghosts roam the halls.

Court will convene at the historic Old Town’s Whaley House in Old Town San Diego for the first time in more than a century.

On Tuesday, San Diego Superior Court Judge Richard S. Whitney will preside over the Whaley House proceedings at the Whaley House, which opened as San Diego’s second courthouse. The proceedings will be open to the public, but seating is limited due to capacity.
