Trial begins Tuesday in dispute over fatal PG&E pipeline explosion

The sides agree that in November 2015, a man employed by Big N Deep Agricultural Development Inc. was operating a bulldozer that struck a PG&E gas line, incinerating him, injuring other people and damaging a nearby home. They disagree over why it happened.
