Attorney General Rob Bonta disagrees with 9th Circuit gun rights opinion

“Because the law imposes no meaningful burden on conduct protected by the Second Amendment, and because the law directly advances California’s interest in addressing firearm-related crime, suicide, and accidents, Plaintiffs’ claim fail under the matter of law,” Attorney General Rob Bonta stated in the response.
