Judge ‘pained’ to grant leave to amend in labor suit against Tesla

“It pains me to have to give leave to amend but I just don’t read the 9th Circuit as having much tolerance for one and done. I just don’t understand why he has not addressed the issue of showing some authority for his tolling theory. I guess I’m just not that creative,” said U.S. District Judge Beth Freeman.
