Transcript shows judge who recused himself threatened defender with marshals
"We're done. Seriously, we are done. I am no longer able to dispassionately play this game anymore, because this is like fun and games, and I do believe that intentional misrepresentations are being made to the Court. I'm going to recuse myself. I'm declaring a mistrial," said U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II, according to a transcript.





Shortly before he trashed defense counsel, declared a mistrial and recused himself from a sex-trafficking case on Wednesday, an increasingly irate U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II said he didn't trust what the public defenders in his courtroom were telling him.
The defense lawyers argued it was unfair that jurors could see that their client's feet were shackled, which might lead them to infer her guilt.
