Bar names new administrator for outside counsel on conflict cases

The change is meant to increase the efficiency of conflict case processing.

The State Bar appointed Deputy Attorney General Stacia L. Laguna as the next special deputy trial counsel administrator, assigning disciplinary cases to outside counsel when the case involves individuals closely tied to the bar.
