Temecula attorney stole from client trust and bar association, prosecutors say
Edward J. Nowakoski pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation and ordered to repay the money.
A Temecula probate attorney pleaded guilty to an array of charges stemming from embezzling from a deceased client’s trust and from the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association.
Edward J. Nowakoski, 69, was sentenced on May 20 to three years felony probation and ordered to pay restitution to his victims.
