No crying for Boohoo as it scores a $22.4 million settlement

The UK-based fashion company was accused of publishing inflated prices only to pretend to slash them in fake flash sales.

The fashion brand Boohoo and its subsidiaries PrettyLittleThing and NastyGal settled a proposed class action that sought $100 million claiming the company misled shoppers with fake promotional offers.
