Retirement trust sues San Francisco cybersecurity company
In the wake of the July 2021 Supreme Court decision Goldman Sachs Grp. v. Arkansas Teachers’ Retirement Sys., class actions by public employee trust plaintiffs, such as those found in the recently filed case, have begun to trickle out.
