Retired judge joins Judicate West in Orange County

James J. Di Cesare has broad experience hearing civil litigation, including serving as the supervising judge of the Orange County court’s unlimited civil panel in 2019 and 2020.

James J. Di Cesare, newly retired from the Orange County Superior Court, has joined Judicate West as a neutral.

Di Cesare said he views the move as "another way to serve people" after 20 years on the bench. "It really is the opportunity to help people through resolving their legal matters peaceably," he said.
