State Supreme Court extends Provisional Licensure Program 7 months for 346 participants
Reasons for failure to meet the deadline include: failure to sit for any of the four bar exams administered since the pandemic, failure to pass the bar exam or the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination, delays caused by the participants and the bar staff in completing the moral character determination process, lack of sufficient supervised practice hours, inability “to devotee necessary attention to bar exam study” because of full- or part-time work.
