San Francisco’s 2019 Proposition F, a ballot measure that changed political ad disclosure rules to require donors’ names be made public, among other things, faces another challenge in federal court.
The city was sued by the group San Franciscans Supporting Prop B, which said Measure F, supported by 77% of voters in 2019, violates freedom of speech. The plaintiffs asked for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.
