3 more women accuse software maker of discrimination

They alleged Zendesk Inc. has a history of tolerating discriminatory workplace behavior, said plaintiffs’ attorney Matthew J. Matern

Three more women have come forward to accuse software developer Zendesk Inc. of discrimination on the basis of gender, pregnancy and disability.

“Zendesk has shown a consistent pattern of hostility toward female employees,” plaintiffs’ lawyer Matthew J. Matern of Matern Law Group PC said in a news release Wednesday. “It’s time for the company to take these complaints seriously and make some big changes.”
