Appeals court largely sides with prosecutors fighting Gascón on sentences

In a victory for a prosecutors’ union, a state appeals court panel affirmed an injunction barring Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón from forcing prosecutors to not seek sentencing enhancements that are required by law.
