One employee was sexually harassed, another said he was fired for reporting the behavior
LOS ANGELES -- A Los Angeles jury found that Southern California Edison retaliated against an employee who was sexually harassed and another who reported the bad behavior, and awarded them $22 million and $2.2 million in compensatory damages on Wednesday, and $400 million and $40 million in punitive damages on Thursday, after finding the utility and its parent acted with malice.
