6th Circuit to review attorney fee order in opioid litigation
Plaintiffs say the trial judge does not have the authority to extend the common benefit orders to include other jurisdictions, and seeks a writ of mandamus to vacate the order requiring settlements in state cases to be paid into a federal court fund.
