Plastic companies must face pollution class action in California court

“We are extremely pleased that this latest attempt to slow down the case has been rejected by the court. This decision allows this case to proceed to trial and ultimately have these global plastic manufacturers and distributors held accountable for what they are doing to California’s waterways,” said Mark Molumphy of Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy LLP.
