Attorney didn’t secure weapons used by gunman, suit says

A San Luis Obispo County attorney was sued for wrongful death and injury this week by plaintiffs who say a gunman obtained weapons and ammunition from the law office near the El Paso de Robles courthouse and went on a daylong shooting rampage.
