Chief Justice announces work group on Court of Appeal delays
Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye named 1st District Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Jim Humes to chair an Appellate Caseflow Workgroup. She said she wants the work group to review workflow, policies, procedures and case management processes.
