Latham & Watkins LLP obtained a full dismissal of a shareholder class action against GoodRx on Thursday.
The lawsuit, filed in 2018 in federal court in Los Angeles, accused the defendants of failing to disclose at the time of GoodRx’s 2020 IPO that Amazon.com would soon introduce a competing prescription drug fulfillment service.
