Lawmakers again try to stymie Bar’s paraprofessional plan
Bill would instruct the bar to prioritize protecting individuals, especially those in need of legal assistance, from unscrupulous actors.
Lawmakers moved more aggressively this week to rein in the California State Bar's sandbox and paraprofessional proposals by amending the annual bar dues bill.
