City manager, once accused, settles retaliations claims for $2.85M plus severance

The former city manager of Montebello, Francesca Tucker-Schuyler, once accused of mishandling bidding procedures, obtained a $2.85 million settlement of a lawsuit against the city for retaliation against her after she reported the same corruption to the Montebello Police Department, the city attorney’s office, the district attorney’s office and members of the Montebello City Council.
