Baker Botts writes amicus in ride-share appeal on behalf of Schwarzenegger

Former Republican governor Arnold Schwarzenegger hired Baker Botts partner Michael Ward to write an amicus brief backing ride-share companies against litigation seeking to have Proposition 22, in which voters said gig drivers are contract employees, declared unconstitutional.
