Hair care company settles lawsuit filed by whistleblower
The plaintiff said John Paul Mitchell Systems breached his contract and fired him because of his age. He also said the company acted in retaliation after he spoke out on behalf of a co-worker he believed was underpaid. The settlement amount wasn’t disclosed.
