Ex-Tesla worker whose $136M was slashed rejects $15M substitute
The decision to reject the $15 million award comes two weeks after U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick in San Francisco denied plaintiff Owen Diaz’s attempt to certify an interlocutory appeal of the award reduction. Orrick said the plaintiff “has not identified a controlling question of law appropriate for immediate appellate review.”
