Attorneys beat $40M claim with 12-0 jury verdict for Avenatti ex-clients

“We proved that it was all about Avenatti’s bad acts, had nothing to do with Mr. Parrish and Mr. Fitzgibbons, and that the Stoll firm never should have brought these claims against our clients.
