High court denies Monsanto review of $87M verdict

The U.S. Supreme Court denied review on Monday of an $87 million verdict against Monsanto, manufacturer of the weedkiller Roundup. The court's decision comes after the prominent chemical manufacturer was ruled responsible for illness caused by the product's main ingredient, glyphosate.
