Fullerton lawyer sues for report on student loan forgiveness

The Biden admininistration has delied release of the full report. The president has now said he will make an announcement on student loan debt by end of August.

A lawyer in Fullerton sued to force the U.S. Department of Education to release a full report it completed last year on whether President Joe Biden has the authority to forgive student loan debt, alleging a previous version released to the public was so heavily redacted that it provided no useful information.
