$30M arbitration award in real estate sale dispute

The alleged fraud was uncovered once the family hired Munger Tolles to get an accounting of her sister’s investment in property.

An arbitrator awarded more than $30 million to the estate of a woman in San Bernardino County after her attorneys claimed she had been a victim of real estate fraud involving the sale of 32 acres of land in Rancho Cucamonga.
