LA group sues over alleged discharge into Santa Monica Bay water sources
The complaint alleges that the industrial processes undertaken at Hughes Bros. Aircrafters in South Gate are pollutant sources that must be assessed in annual pollution prevention plans that measure the copper and lead levels, as well as their possible contribution to stormwater and non-stormwater discharge contamination.




A Los Angeles watchdog sued an airframe manufacturer claiming it illegally discharges polluting agents in a South Gate facility, impacting rivers and creeks leading into the Santa Monica Bay.
