International swimming dispute brings dueling summary judgment motions
The motion filed by the Fédération Internationale De Natation (FINA) in the Northern District of California said that it cannot be labeled a monopoly because it doesn’t control which events swimmers can participate in.




The international regulatory body for competitive swimming filed summary judgment motions this week against two antitrust cases accusing it of being a monopoly and barring athletes from competing in the Olympics if they participated in unaffiliated events.
