Defense wins summary judgment against claim client didn’t pay workers’ comp deductibles

A group of skilled care facilities was granted summary judgment in Los Angeles County Superior Court against the Delaware insurance commissioner, who had asked for about $9 million, alleging the businesses failed to pay deductibles for workers’ compensation policies.
