Former executive at Theranos convicted of fraud
Ramesh Balwani’s conviction follows that of his ormer associate and girlfriend Elizabeth A. Holmes. He will be senteced on Nov. 15.
A federal jury in San Jose on Thursday found former Theranos Inc. executive Ramesh Balwani guilty of conspiring with his former associate and girlfriend Elizabeth A. Holmes to mislead investors of the blood testing startup they founded.
