More study needed on moral turpitude dismissals, panels say

Charges remain on record even if a State Bar Court judge throws them out.

A joint meeting Friday of the State Bar’s Early Neutral Evaluation Conference Working Group and the Moral Turpitude Working Group concluded with a decision to ask the bar trustees to allow the two panels to continue to study moral turpitude dismissals that end up on attorney discipline records.
