State Bar names health plan lawyer next general counsel
Ellin Davtyan will oversee the bar’s response to a data breach and scrutiny over how and when it disciplines attorneys
Ellin Davtyan has been named general counsel of the State Bar, the board of trustees announced Monday.
Effective Aug. 18, Davtyan will replace Vanessa L. Lynne Holton, who is retiring.
