Lawsuit seeks to block plan to overhaul L.A. River

“What we saw in this master plan is that there was no clear vision,” Benjamin Harris, a lawyer with L.A. Waterkeeper said.

Two conservation groups sued Los Angeles County to block a plan to overhaul the Los Angeles River, which they say fails to disclose environmental impacts on disadvantaged communities in the area.
