Court orders Polanski prosecutor’s testimony unsealed
The decision comes the same week that DA George Gascón dropped his opposition to the release.
Days after District Attorney George Gascón expressed support for the unsealing of testimony by a prosecutor in the Roman Polanski sex assault case, the 2nd District Court of Appeal on Wednesday directed the Los Angeles County Superior Court to release the deposition in question.
