Juul Inc. secured a victory Friday when Judge William Orrick effectively barred the claims of students and school districts who failed to fill out a fact sheet detailing the injuries they say were suffered because of the vaping company’s marketing to minors.
Attorneys could not be reached to say how many of the more than 2,000 claims this order will bar.
