9th Circuit conference begins today
The program, which takes place in Big Sky, Montana, includes several sessions focusing on how technology popularized during the pandemic is shaping the law and a panel discussion on ethics, conflicts and recusals.
For the first time in three years, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hold its judicial conference. It opens Monday morning in former Chief Judge Sidney R. Thomas’ home state of Montana.
