Landlord groups take aim at local eviction moratoriums

California’s statewide eviction ban ended July 1. The Judicial Council reports unlawful cases have risen steadily since in much of the state.

With a statewide eviction moratorium now expired, organizations representing landlords are taking aim at local bans.
