ADA suits fell dramatically in first half of 2022, study finds

Lawyers from Seyfarth Shaw have tracked Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuits since 2013.

The number of new Title III Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuits dropped 22% in the U.S. in the first half of 2022, and by more than half in California, according to an analysis by Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
