State Bar expands investigation to other members of Girardi Keese firm

The State Bar asked a federal court in Illinois for documents that are under seal.

The State Bar has expanded its investigation of the downfall of plaintiffs lawyer Thomas V. Girardi to other lawyers who worked in the Girardi Keese firm.

The agency is seeking court records related to two other lawyers who worked at the firm, Keith Griffin and David Lira, who is Tom Girardi’s son-in-law.
