Bar panel to decide next month among 3 options for no-exam licensing

Despite overwhelming option from local bar associations and individual attorneys, the Blue Ribbon Commission is moving to license people who do not pass the exam.

The Blue Ribbon Commission on the Future of the Bar Exam will decide in August which of three options to recommend for licensing lawyers who can’t pass the bar exam.

The options were narrowed to three after a public meeting Tuesday.
