Lawyers vie for leadership of Netflix investor litigation

The last year has seen many investor lawsuits against digital giants who achieved unprecedented growth during the COVID-19 lockdowns but are now facing difficulties getting new users and maintaining growth rates due to the return to normality.

Two Netflix Inc. investors and the firms representing them are vying to become lead plaintiffs and counsel in a consolidated lawsuit against the streaming giant over the loss of millions of subscribers over the last fiscal year.
