3 law firms selected to lead deriviative class action against DocuSign

The plaintiffs will be represented by Glancy Prongay & Murray and Moore Kuehn with Kevin F. Ruf and Marshall Wexler listed as lead attorneys. A third firm will be New York based Rowley Law.

DocuSign Inc. investors will be represented by three law firms in a derivative class action that alleges the company’s executives lied to them about growth possibilities.
