Judge OKs $11.5M settlement over One Medical memberships
This deal comes a few days after announcements that Amazon.com Inc. is acquiring One Medical for $4 billion.
A judge granted final approval Tuesday for an $11.5 million settlement to resolve claims primary care organization One Medical Group deceived people into believing they needed to pay annual membership fees to seek medical care at One Medical facilities.
