LA Judge Amy Hogue joins Signature Resolution
“This will greatly simplify the court’s approval process and help us decide more motions more quickly. It will also reduce the attorneys’ back and forth negotiations and should improve their chances of obtaining approval,” retired judge Amy Hogue said of the project she spearheaded to draft form wage and hour settlement agreements for posting on the LA County Superior Court website.




After serving two decades on the Los Angeles County Superior Court including as part of the vaunted complex litigation court, Judge Amy Hogue joined Signature Resolution as a neutral.
“I’m thrilled to join the team at Signature and return to the work as a neutral mediator that inspired me to pursue a judicial career,” said Hogue, who will mediate and arbitrate disputes.
